Life at the university was not just about academics; it also provided opportunities to grow spiritually and socially. Visiting the university mosque for the first time was a memorable experience. The peaceful environment, the rhythm of prayers and the sense of community created a feeling of connection with fellow students. Participating in regular prayers, including Tarawih during Ramadan, allowed me to maintain spiritual discipline even while living away from home. The mosque became not only a place for worship but also a space where students gathered, shared experiences and supported one another in balancing spiritual and academic responsibilities.

Alongside spiritual engagement, my first interactions with classmates and seniors were equally significant. Meeting new peers and forming initial connections helped me feel included in the university community. Seniors offered guidance about courses, professors and campus resources, which provided valuable insight into how to navigate academic and social life effectively. These interactions encouraged me to ask questions, seek advice and gradually gain confidence in the new environment.

The combination of spiritual practices and social interactions created a balanced and supportive start to university life. It taught me the importance of maintaining personal faith while actively participating in campus activities. This early experience shaped my understanding of university life as not just an academic journey, but also a period of personal growth, self-discipline and community engagement. I felt a sense of belonging and readiness to take on future challenges with both focus and faith.
